when the air gets all crisp and the leaves make that quintessential fall sound as the wind blows, all i want to do is curl up with a good book and some tea and make some soup, maybe some stew. last sunday, as i was compiling a grocery list full of hearty veggies and stock, matt and rene called to tell me they'd picked up stew ingredients in marin. we were on the same wavelength. matt led the charge for a spicy, belly warming stew with 6 different kinds of peppers, (we counted). mine is a little more traditional, so we'll give that one a whirl when this tasty version runs out.
i consider myself a jill-of-all-trades, really. i like all things crafty and creative, but i think photography will always be my first love. i had a skinny red Kodak circa 1987. from that moment on, i was hooked. i take portraits and candids, interiors and exteriors, the great outdoors and various small details.
i used to worry about being interested in too much, but i'm learning to let that go and take inspiration in whatever shows up at my doorstep.
here you'll find all things i find interesting and inspiring, photographs of the miscellaneous bits and pieces of my life, and everything in between.
